Vision

TechLace’s vision is to further develop and successfully implement the full potential of Product Development Service (PDS), 3D Intelligent Modelling, with the purpose of helping our Customers and Partners in the design, production of more efficient products and technologic based systems in direct partnership with researchers, Business-Clusters, Market-Managers and Entrepreneurs without industrial capability. But also Innovation of Commercial and Services practices as we know them.

BUSINESS MODEL

TechLace is the outcome of a strong investment in R & D, as well as important partnerships in various sectors and sharing of knowhow.

Board of Directors

If the board is assigned, it may comprise three Directors who will define the implementation of goals, strategy and management.

Back Office

Raw materials or spare part’s search hire and purchase on local or international markets, products and services necessary to execute all projects;
Establish and improve inventory control materials and manufacturing components;
Implement electronic data interchange (EDI) and automation systems for information exchange and trade;
Planning aid for resources and production to suppliers, customers and partners.

Marketing

C.E.O supervises a marketing plan for the new approved projects, to be presented to the Board of Directors;
Negotiate and establish, necessary protocols for commercialization of new projects and correspondent I.P. rights;
Negotiate and maintain the Sponsor network informed about the project’s progress;
Establish and monitor needs and requests from delivery chain.

Technical Department

Collect and organize all prospects and presentations of applicants for the project;
Implementation of the selected projects with the necessary research and development, or attest the prototypes already presented by the applicant;
Monitoring of production procedure, assembly and packaging.

Market

Industry is still based on constrained methods and business strategic actions and inadequate sector coordination. However recent literature emphasizes the importance to consolidate “sector clusters”, as a determinant factor of competitiveness (OECD, 1999; UNCTAD, 1998; Porter, 1998).

Circumstances

More than any other sector, we rely on observation and research to discover trends and opportunity’s. Our Staff assume a key role on identifying the set of development agents and maintaining successful relationships with projects partners.

Target

Market-Managers, Business-Clusters, industrial Researchers and other Entrepreneurs are undoubtedly our target, focused on innovative and clear added value to clusters, based on two distinct processes developments:

Emerging from an idea and a technical product development;
The other development process emerges from analysis and market research.

Competition

Industrial capabilities of Asian countries, based on “network” working philosophy and low cost labor, is the most relevant factor in this respect.
